BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new Taco Bell location is coming to Western New York.
Sky New York Holdings LLC recently sold part of a parcel at 750 Young St., Tonawanda, for $800,000 to Quick Service Realco LLC, which has developed several Taco Bell and KFC franchises across the region. The commercial property acquired is 0.55 acres, based on April 2 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
Construction is underway on a new build that will be a roughly 1,950-square-foot, freestanding Taco Bell with a drive-thru. The location, which will employ about 50, is expected to open in fall 2024, according to Christie Hughes, senior vice president of development for KBP Brands, the franchise group that will own and operate the spot.
