BUFFALO, N.Y. — Hotelier Jay Patel has added another property to his Buffalo portfolio.
Patel’s Rudra Management paid $10 million to acquire the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport at 6647 Transit Road in Buffalo from an affiliate of Erie, Pennsylvania-based Scott Enterprises.
The 108-room hotel is located next door to Russell’s Steakhouse and just behind Cracker Barrel. Hotel amenities include a gym, an indoor pool and a convenience shop, plus a lobby bar and meeting space.
