HAMBURG, N.Y. — With ongoing demand on-site, Hamburg Brewing Co. is expanding capacity at its taproom with the addition of a second bar.
The craft brewery has converted the former train room into a bar with seating, providing increased capacity for customers at the bar and additional table space, according to John Russo Jr., who owns the brewery and taproom with his father, John Sr.
The expansion is expected to be completed in mid-June at 6553 Boston State Road in Hamburg.
