An Orchard Park developer has a plan to restore a long-vacant pair of commercial buildings at 138-140 Seneca St. in downtown Buffalo.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — An Orchard Park developer has a plan to restore a long-vacant pair of commercial buildings at 138-140 Seneca St. in downtown Buffalo.

In documents filed with the city Preservation Board, David Robida details plans to rehabilitate the building with commercial space on the first floor and apartments above.

140 Seneca St. was built in 1865, followed by 138 Seneca St. around 1878.

Robida plans to seek historic tax credits for the project, according to the Preservation Board application.
