NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — The Niagara SPCA announced that it recently opened 'Oh My Fur' grooming salon

Pets and their pawrents can check out the salon starting on Monday, March 18 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and receive special deals throughout the week as a thank you for attending the grand opening.

Deals include 50% off nail trims, BOGO baths, and a free bandana with a fragrance spritz.

Those looking to book an appointment can visit www.petgroomerfinder.com/login or call (716)731-4368.

'Oh My Fur' also offers sponsored grooms for those who meet their age or income qualifying requirements by going through Azuna Cares with code ACNSPCA20,  or for local Veterans, brought in by WNY Heroes.

SPCA Executive Director, Amy Lewis said, "There's a significant barrier to pet care in our area, whether grooming or basic medical care. The grooming salon helps address some of those concerns. We're also hosting pet wellness clinics, and have plans for low-cost clinics to help provide procedures like spay/neuter and dental care for owned pets in our community."

In a post made to their social media, the SPCA wrote:

"Our mission at the Niagara SPCA is to support pets and their guardians and we're getting our groom salon in on the action by providing free or discounted grooming for qualified pet parents! Read on to learn how.

This is a judgment-free zone because we understand there are barriers to the care of pets. Our goal is to break down those barriers by setting aside a portion of donations received from Azuna, through their Azuna Cares Program, for sponsored grooming."
