City of Buffalo traffic advisory ahead of Bills viewing parties

Chippewa Street between Delaware Avenue and Franklin Street will be closed for the street's block party beginning at noon.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Those traveling to or around the City of Buffalo on Sunday may want to be aware of possible traffic changes due to the Bills game. The game kicks off at 8:20 p.m. in Miami and can be watched right here on WGRZ Channel 2. 

Many people may be attending parties or tailgates around the city for the away game, and should make note that Chippewa Street between Delaware Avenue and Franklin Street will be closed for the street's block party. 

Road closure for the party will begin at noon on Sunday, January 7. Gates to the party open at 6:00 p.m.

The block party costs $15 and still has tickets available for those interested in attending which can be purchased here
