Winter weather causes multiple cancellations & delays at Buffalo International Airport

Southwest, Delta flights cancelled out of Buffalo due to snow

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Monday's winter weather brought several flight cancellations and delays for people flying in and out of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport on Tuesday morning. 

As of 5:30 a.m., there were three departing Southwest Airline flights cancelled, as well as two Delta flights, and one United flight. 

The cancelled flights are: Southwest 1182 to Orlando, Southwest 883 to Baltimore, Southwest 279 to Chicago, United Airlines 3727 to Chicago, and Delta 1711 to Detroit. All cancelled flights were supposed to take off between 5:30 - and 6:15 a.m. 

As of 6:45 am, there were still a handful of flights delayed, but no cancellations listed.
