BUFFALO, N.Y. — After years of planning, the team behind a planned Hispanic Heritage Cultural Institute at the corner Hudson and 7th streets in Buffalo hopes to begin construction in June.
The proposed three-story, 33,000-square-foot structure would span multiple parcels.
The Hispanic Heritage Council of Western New York, which is leading the project, has purchased five lots on the site over the last three years, according to county records.
