BUFFALO, NY - The race to replace Chris Collins is now down to 10 candidates.
Late Tuesday morning, Iraq War Veteran and radio host David Bellavia said he longer wishes to be under consideration.
That news comes as the others will meet with county GOP chairs Tuesday in Batavia. Each candidate will have time to explain why he or she should get picked, followed by a question and answer session.
This is all happening today from 3 to 8 p.m. at Batavia Downs, and 2 On Your Side will be there.
Party chairs expect to name their nominee this week, but the big challenge remains the legal process of actually replacing Collins' name on the ballot.
