BUFFALO, N.Y. — A pair of new upscale residential-based projects, each located less than one mile from the other, are expected to get underway this spring.

The Buffalo Planning Board approved development proposals by Joseph Carubba to build a five-unit apartment complex at 295 Linwood Avenue and Legacy Development’s St. Louis Place Townhouses. Combined the two projects represent nearly $5 million in investment. For more on this story, please visit the Buffalo Business first website.
