Vidler's Mechanical Horse spending time in the paddock

Visitors to Vidler's this week might notice a store favorite is spending a little time in the paddock while undergoing some badly needed TLC.

EAST AURORA, NY - Sandy, the coin-operated mechanical horse beloved by little ones who visit Vidler's in East Aurora, is in need of a little TLC.

After countless rides by possibly thousands of boys and girls over its past 56 years, Sandy's saddle and stirrups need to be replaced.

Vidler's says Jim Creighton of East Aurora and Creekside Saddlery is the man for the job and will have Sandy back in the saddle in no time-just in time for this weekend's Kentucky Derby.
