WEST SENECA, NY-- One person was hurt after an e-cigarette exploded at the Potter Rd. BOCES Friday morning.
The incident happened shortly after 11 A.M. BOCES officials say an adult student felt their pocket get hot, took the E-cig out of their pocket and that's when it went off. A staff member managed to put out the device with a fire extinguisher.
The building was evacuated until the resulting smoke could be cleared.
No word yet on the extent of the victim's injuries.
