BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Fire Department said seven people are safe after a fire Saturday night.
Firefighters were called to a home on Jewett Avenue around 8:20 p.m.
The department said reports indicated that the fire was coming from the roof of the home.
Fire investigators said the damage is estimated at $100,000.
The Red Cross is assisting the seven people.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
