A member of the Central Park Gang has been sentenced to five years in jail for his roll in an armed robbery.
Jaylin Wiggins, 20, also known as "Youngest" was sentenced to five years in prison after he plead guilty to one count of 2nd degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
The sentence comes after an incident from February 2016. Police say an armed robbery took place on Heath Street in the City of Buffalo. The victim's carm along with cash and a cell phone, were stolen.
An hour after that, the vehicle was found abandoned in the Central Park Neighborhood.
With the description of the suspect from the victim and surveillance footage from a nearby gas station, police were able to arrest Wiggins in March 2016 after being pulled over in a traffic stop. A pistol matching the one used in the robbery and a DNA match tied him to the crime.
