BUFFALO, N.Y. — Artpark hosts dozens of concerts throughout the summer, but there's only one that features giant inflatable puppets that the audience is encouraged to interact with.
The world-renown French street theater group Plasticiens Volants return to the amphitheater Thursday for a Pink Floyd tribute show with The Machine.
The group last appeared at Artpark in 2017.
