BUFFALO, NY - We learned Monday just how much former State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's state pension will be worth - and you paid for it.
Schneiderman is eligible for a $63,000 a year pension - but the Albany Times Union reports that he has yet to file for retirement with the state.
The democrat stepped down last week after reports came out that he assaulted four women.
Schneiderman denied those allegations, but stepped down immediately.
