A Livingston County sex offender is back in jail following an alleged parole violation, according to the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.
Terri Havens served previous jail time for first-degree sodomy and was released last year.
The 49-year-old was out past curfew and was in possession of a smartphone which he is not allowed to have access to, according to DOCCS.
He can notably be seen with piercings, makeup and a collar on in his mug shot.
