Your Monday Night Football forecast for the Bills-Titans game

While the forecast is looking dry for the game itself, fans heading to Orchard Park earlier in the day will likely have to deal with some rain.

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Looks like the lousy Monday Night Football weather trend will continue in Buffalo, the good news is that current projections have showers moving out and dryer conditions sinking in for gametime.

That being said, showers and storms are in the forecast Monday. Here's Monday's forecast specifically for fans heading to Highmark Stadium to breakdown what to expect

After a stormy start to the day, the forecast has taken a dry turn for now. There's the chance another wave of showers could linger through about lunchtime and the early afternoon, but by about 4 p.m. conditions look to start to dry out. It'll stay cloudy though with temperatures hovering in the upper 60s or low 70s through the afternoon and early evening.

Can't rule out an isolated shower though through kickoff until a cold front moves through and sweeps the region dry. And that is expected to happen sometime between 5 and 8 p.m. But once that front moves and clears the stadium, it'll stay dry for the rest of the night with temperatures falling into the low-mid 60s by the time the game wraps up Monday night.

Other than the rain it'll also be a bit breezy. Winds will be out of the southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 at times throughout the day Monday. Winds should die down during the game though.

Best tip for Bills Mafia is to be prepared for the rain. It's not the worst conditions to face this time of year, but anyone who plans on being outdoors earlier in the day should stay weather aware with morning thunderstorms rolling through.

By the time many fans are rolling into Highmark Stadium, conditions will be drying out and the sky will start to clear a bit. The evening should remain dry throughout the game and temperatures will start in the low 70s around 7:15 p.m. for kickoff and end in the mid to upper 60s by the time 10:30 p.m. rolls around.

With all of that, it is looking like the active part of the day will be the morning and early afternoon with the more eventful part taking place, as it should, under the lights at Highmark Stadium at 7:15 p.m.
