BUFFALO, N.Y. — Temperatures have finally cooled enough so that most of the precipitation Western New York will receive today will be in the form of snow. Temperatures will not be terribly cold so snowfall amounts will be pretty light.
Most areas will get between a coating to an inch of snow during the day Sunday. Snowfall will increase on Sunday night.
Most of the area will pick up 1 to 3 inches of snowfall by Monday morning. It will be a little breezy Sunday, but we're not expecting too many issues with blowing or drifting snow.
Snow showers will continue into tomorrow with quieter weather resuming Tuesday and for the rest of the work week.
