BUFFALO, N.Y. — You should always wear your seatbelt in the car, but this week - you'll really want to make sure you're buckled up.
New York State Police are kicking off their 'Click it or Ticket' campaign Monday.
It's the 20'th year for the event.
Safety officials say this isn't about punishing people, it's about saving lives.
