BUFFALO, N.Y. — An overturned tractor trailer on the I-190 south closed all lanes during the evening commute on Thursday.
Traffic Tracker 2's Paul Hare reported that all lanes were blocked on the 190 South, just beyond Sheridan Drive Thursday evening because of an overturned tractor trailer.
Hare says that traffic was at a standstill and caused delays.
As of 8 p.m., all lanes have reopened.
