BUFFALO, NY- The Buffalo Sabres Tuesday announced that they have signed Swedish defenseman Lawrence Pilut to a two year entry level contract.
Pilut led all Swedish defenseman in points last year. He had 38 points in 52 games for HV71 and was named SHL defenseman of the year.
He played for Sweden in the 2015 World Juniors.
He's 5' 11' and 179 lbs.
