Sabres return home in search of seventh straight win

The last time the Sabres had a seven-game winning streak was 2006.

BUFFALO, NY - For the first time since 2010, the Sabres are on a six-game winning streak after beating the Penguins, 5-4 in overtime on Monday night.

Once again, they came from behind to win and rallied from a 4-1 deficit as Jack Eichel scored the game-winner in overtime. With the win, the they're now fourth in the league with 28 points and just three points behind the first place Predators.

The Sabres are used to being the comeback kids lately as they've come back in five of the last six games and are now 7-0-2 in one goal games.

They now return home in search of their seventh straight win. The last time this team had a seven-game winning streak was back in 2006.

The Sabres host the Flyers on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. on NBCSN.
