Top Defensive Impact Players: Week 4

Several Western New York defensive players elevated their game and played smash mouth football to warrant top defensive performances in week 4.

Michael Pataky, Orchard Park SR LB, recorded 13 tackles in the Quakers' win over Bennett.

PJ Burns, Depew SR S, recorded 12 tackles in the Wildcats' loss to Olean.

Tyrell Laws, Sweet Home SR DB, returned an intercepted pass 87 yards to give the Panthers the lead in the 2nd quarter.

Nick O'Neil, Amherst SR LB, recorded 10 tackles in the Tigers’ win over the Blue Devils.

Jake Skinner, Fredonia SR LB, recorded 15 tackles in the Hillbillies loss to the Trojans.

CJ Ozolins, Canisius SR LB, recorded 8 tackles and a sack in the Crusaders’ win over WNY Maritime.

Deyonci Farley, Newfane SR LB, recorded 10 tackles.

Liam Scheuer, West Seneca West lineman, recorded 7 tackles in the Indians’ win over the Spartans.

Conor Mahony, Lancaster SR LB, recorded 8 tackles, a sack and intercepted a pass to lead the Legends past the Lions.

Jacob Shul, Orchard Park LB, intercepted 3 passes in the Quakers’ win over Bennett.

Denton Tilly, Pioneer SR DE, recorded 14 tackles, 3 TFL and 2 sacks.
