ST. LOUIS — Jack Eichel is in the NHL All-Star game for the third time. He has truly emerged as a star in the National Hockey League.
Eichel is 5th in the league in goals (28) and 9th in the league in points (62).
The Sabres however, are ten points out of a playoff spot with 33-games left in the regular season.
That was a focus of many of the questions from the national media at the All-Star preview event in St. Louis. Eichel says he thinks the team continues to grow, and praised the leadership under new head coach Ralph Krueger.
