BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The Brooklyn Nets announced the signing of former UB star CJ Massinburg on Tuesday.

The 2019 MAC Player of the Year will join them at camp after playing for the Nets during the NBA's summer league back in July.

It is likely Massinburg will be cut and wind up playing with the G League Long Island Nets.

Massinburg helped lead the Bulls to a 32-4 record and second round appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

He played four years at UB, he averaged 15.3-points, 5.9-rebounds, and 2.4 assists per game.
