ARLINGTON, Texas — Cliche or not, this was a statement win for the Buffalo Bills.

Buffalo arrived in Dallas for the Thanksgiving match-up with the Cowboys facing questions locally and nationally about the legitimacy of their 8-3 record given the strength of their schedule.

They answered, emphatically, in the form of a dominating 26-15 win.

Quarterback Josh Allen showed tremendous poise in one of the finest games of his young career.

The defense, after giving up a touchdown on the opening drive, took the ball away and all but closed the door the rest of the way against the NFL's top offense in terms of yards per game.

Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News joined Adam Benigni for their weekly postgame segment posted above.

Vic also joins along with other members of the Buffalo News Sports team for "Sports Talk Live Buffalo" that airs every Monday night at 7:30 on WGRZ.
