The goal of the WHJESP Science Fair, is to provide an opportunity for student-led inquiry and give kids hands-on experience with the scientific method. Our hope is to potentially help students spark or nurture their interest in pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) opportunities on a collegiate level or even as a future career. For over 34 years the WHJESP after-school and summer programs uniquely reach an under-served population who may not often have access to many of these experiences, which have always been provided at no cost.
