BUFFALO, N.Y. - Representative Chris Collins is speaking with 2 On Your Side for the first time since he was indicted on insider trading charges in August.
Rep. Collins declared himself the winner of Tuesday's election against Democratic opponent Nate McMurray, and while McMurray is waiting for a full count of the votes before conceding, Collins says he's moving forward as the 27th district's representative in Washington.
