Buffalo restaurants The Steer, Lake Effect Diner to close after pandemic problems

Lake Effect Diner has been in business for 19 years and The Steer Restaurant and Saloon has been open for 28 years.

Two longtime Buffalo restaurants are serving their last meals this week. 

Lake Effect Diner has been in business for 19 years and officially closed on Monday. The Steer Restaurant and Saloon has been open for 28 years and will close for good on Tuesday night.

The owner, Tucker Curtin says "it's time to move on" after the pandemic. He says both restaurants are dealing with worker shortages and supply chain issues.
