Northtown plaza demolition to start soon

The plaza is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods market that opened two years ago.

AMHERST, N.Y. — With the last of the now-former tenants relocated, WS Development plans to begin the demolition of the western buildings of the rebranded Northtown Plaza.

WS Development officials confirmed the demolition will start within the next few weeks, setting the stage of the remaining construction of the $75 million now-dubbed Station Twelve plaza. For more on this story, please visit the Buffalo Business First website.
