LYNDON, NY-- A woman is dead following a one-vehicle crash in Cattaraugus County.
New York State Police responded to an accident on Abbott Road in the Town of Lyndon Wednesday evening.
Troopers say a vehicle, driven by Karen M. Putt, 42, was traveling east on Abbott Road when it crossed over into oncoming traffic, went off the road, and struck a tree.
Putt was pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
