A white deer that was constantly spotted around Forest Lawn Cemetery has died.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — A white deer that was constantly spotted around Forest Lawn Cemetery has died.

A Forest Lawn spokesperson said officials there believe the deer was hit by a car on Monday afternoon, but only made that discovery on Tuesday.

The spokesperson said the deer was badly injured, and after reaching out to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, they said the deer needed to be euthanized.
