BUFFALO, N.Y. — Another set of Western New York businesses has filed a lawsuit versus Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other state groups over pandemic restrictions.
This time, the suit is brought by six different businesses in the catering and banquet industry that teamed up in a civil feud.
Similarly to a suit filed August 7 by a group of nine local businesses, the latest batch said extended mandates from state officials infringed on their fundamental rights.
