Ten people displaced after overnight house fire in Buffalo

Firefighters say the fire began on the second floor.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ten people are being assisted by Red Cross after a house fire in Buffalo's Humboldt Park neighborhood.

Firefighters say it happened around 12:45 a.m. Thursday on Box Avenue, between Fillmore Avenue and Kehr Street.

They say all ten people were able to make it out of the home safely. No one was hurt.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
