LOCKPORT, NY - The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help locating a missing teen.
The Sheriff's Office says Nicole Flow, 16, was last seen in Lockport on November 12 wearing a black jacket, purple shirt, blue jeans, and black boots.
Nicole is 5'5" and 139 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Police say Nicole has ties to Rochester.
