ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — The Town and Village of Orchard Park has rescinded the nightly curfew order, as well as a State of Emergency that was issued earlier this week following a weekend of protests.

Officials had put the curfew in place following concerns of violence after weekend protests.

On Tuesday, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown issued a curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Sunday to deal with the unrest from protests in the City of Buffalo. That curfew still remains in effect.
