NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — One man died and another person was injured after a head-on crash on Seaman Road in the Town of Hartland Monday night.
The Town of Somerset Police along with the Village of Middleport Police both responded to the scene just after 7:30 p.m.
Police say a driver in a 2013 Chevy Cruze crashed head-on with a 2007 Nissan Sentra driven by Thomas Wagner, 58. Following the crash Wagner was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The other driver — who has not been identified at this time — was taken to ECMC with an arm fracture and other injuries.
Police are working to figure out why the crash happened.
