LOCKPORT, N.Y.- Haz-Mat crews were called to the Niagara County courthouse on Hawley Street in Lockport Monday.
The call came out shortly before noon Monday. Three employees were quarantined inside the building while crews worked to analyze a white, powdery substance that arrived in the mail Monday morning.
Crews could not determine exactly what the substance was, but could determine that it was neither toxic nor hazardous.
