CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. - Firefighters were on the scene of a large brush fire near Nob Hill Park in Cheektowaga Monday.
Due to the proximity to the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport, NFTA Airport Police were also called.
By just before 6:30 p.m., Cheektowaga Fire says crews began leaving the scene as the fire was brought under control.
