BUFFALO, N.Y. — A large crane fell on top of a pickup truck Wednesday afternoon in North Buffalo.
Buffalo Police say the crane tipped over and landed on a pickup truck in the parking lot behind the Valu Home Center at Hertel and Elmwood.
No one was inside the truck at the time of the incident, but the vehicle was severely damaged. The cause is believed to be operator error at this point.
The Buffalo Fire Department was also called in to help clean up a hydraulic fluid spill from that crane.
