Construction begins Monday to add bike, parking lanes to Central Avenue in Lancaster

LANCASTER, N.Y. — Construction is set to begin to add bike and parking lanes along Central Avenue in Lancaster.

The work will stretch between Pleasant Avenue and Walden Avenue.

Crews are scheduled to start on Monday, and the work is expected to last about two weeks.

The Lancaster Village board got a grant for the project.
