Local company makes furniture for White House

Kittinger Furniture Company’s manufacturing facility is putting a very special showroom on display- furniture that will be used in The White House.

CLARENCE, N.Y -- Kittinger Furniture Company’s manufacturing facility is putting a very special showroom on display- furniture that will be used in The White House.

The furniture company manufactured new chairs for The Roosevelt Room made up of the highest quality mahogany and have the finest leather supplied by Garrett Leather, who is another company out of Buffalo.

This isn’t Kittinger’s first time producing furniture for The White House.

“Kittinger is well-known for producing furniture for The White House, our relationship dates back to 1970. We manufactured our furniture for the then newly renovated Cabinet Room as well as the majority of the offices in the West Wing,” said Kittinger President Raymond Bialkowski.

A showroom is on display at the Kittinger Furniture Company’s manufacturing facility located at 4675 Transit Road in Clarence, N.Y. until the end of the day on Wednesday February 3.
