BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened Monday afternoon in the city's Kensington neighborhood.
Police say a man was shot while sitting inside of a vehicle on Alice Avenue near Bickford Avenue around noon. He was declared dead at the scene.
