Millennial home buyers are on the rise in the Queen City!
LendingTree compiled a list of the most popular cities where millennials are buying homes and Buffalo is ranked 4th in the nation.
The list analyzed new purchase mortgage requests made on LendingTree's website between Jan. 1, 2018 and Nov. 25, 2018.
LendingTree classifies a millennial as someone under the age of 35.
Information taken from the ranking shows that the average age of home buyers in Buffalo is 28.4, the average requested loan amount is $126,907 and the average down payment for homes in Buffalo is $19,206.
