The Buffalo Diocese has released an updated on claims surrounding four different priests.
The Diocese said in a statement that claims of child sexual abuse against Father Fabian J. Maryanski and Father Mark J. Wolski have been substantiated, and they will remain on administrative leave.
In addition, the say claims of child sexual abuse against Father Roy Herberger and Msgr. Frederick R. Leising have been dropped and they will return to ministry.
This news comes after the Diocesan Review Board met and reviewed reports from investigator Scott Riordan who was asked by the diocese to investigate the allegations of abuse against four priests.
