Amherst animal control rescues gosling after it falls off a roof

AMHERST, N.Y. — A Canada gosling that fell from a roof has been rescued by an Amherst animal control officer.

Amherst Police tweeted Monday that the gosling was born on the roof of the Kaleida Health building on Flint Road and was found on the ground injured. 

Animal Control Officer Griffin rescued the gosling and took it to the SPCA.
