4 injured in crash involving Buffalo Fire vehicle

Police say firefighters were responding to a call with lights and sirens on when it was involved in an accident with two other vehicles.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — First responders were called to Jefferson Avenue and East Utica Street for a crash involving a Buffalo Fire Department truck Wednesday morning.

Police say firefighters were responding to a call with lights and sirens on when it was involved in an accident with two other vehicles. The incident happened around 9:20 a.m. 

Two firefighters and two drivers were injured in the crash. The extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.
