BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two water main breaks have slowed traffic to a crawl on the Monday morning commute in Buffalo and Lancaster.
The first water main break is in Buffalo. There's congestion at Parkside Avenue and Covington Road in North Park
The second water main break is in Lancaster. Traffic is backed up on Broadway from Pavement Road and Cemetery road.
