MILTON, Ga. — The ex-girlfriend of NFL player LeSean McCoy filed a lawsuit against the Buffalo Bills running back and his assistant.

Delicia Cordin is suing for damages and property she claims is hers.

Last month, McCoy was working to evict Cordin from his Milton, Georgia home, where she lived from Oct. 2016 to July 2018, when someone broke in and attacked her.

According to Milton Police, they found Cordon physically assaulted by a lone intruder. Pictures of her injuries after the attack started circulating around social media.

The post has since been deleted, but the friend who posted it is still standing behind it.
